We’re looking for a Senior Financial Controller who can do exactly that.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-entity financial reporting, including consolidations, reconciliations of bank accounts, and transaction oversight to ensure accuracy across all entities.
- Ensure proper revenue and cost recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with external bookkeepers to manage tax compliance, including corporate tax returns, R&D grants, payroll tax, BAS/GST, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide concise, data-driven board reports, investor updates, and internal financial health assessments.
- Manage daily cash flow, oversee treasury functions, and manage working capital to support business needs.
- Lead process improvement to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, coordinate the annual audit process, and ensure smooth regulatory compliance.
- Develop and monitor budgets, identify opportunities for cash and cost optimization, negotiate vendor discounts and relationships, and track financial performance against targets.
- Oversee M&A activities, ensuring standardized accounting policies and seamless integration of acquired entities without disruptions.
- Partner with Business, GTM, and Product teams to conduct strategic ad hoc analyses and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CA or CPA qualified with many years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in multi-entity financial management and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS).
