About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
About the role
As a Partnerships Manager, you will own and scale one of Legora’s most strategic growth channels: partnerships. Your focus will be on building and expanding relationships with key ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders to drive global distribution, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with GTM (Sales), Marketing, Legal Engineering, and Leadership to shape partnership strategy and turn initiatives into measurable business outcomes — from strategic plans to commercial partnerships and enterprise deals.
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, are comfortable operating in ambiguity, and know how to turn opportunities into scalable programs. The role is well suited for someone who is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and motivated by building high-impact initiatives from the ground up in a fast-moving environment.
What makes this role unique: you’ll play a central role in defining and scaling a high-impact growth channel at one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, helping shape how Legora partners with leading organizations across the global legal industry.
What You Will Be Doing
Own and grow strategic partnerships across key ecosystem partners and industry stakeholders.
Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth.
Build and manage senior partner relationships, ensuring strong engagement, clear mutual goals, and long-term success.
Lead partner activations and initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, events, webinars, referrals, integrations, and joint go-to-market efforts.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to convert partnership opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Represent Legora externally in strategic partner interactions, industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Track and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities to improve impact, scalability, and operational efficiency.
