About Us
Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
We're hiring a Procurement Manager in Stockholm to own sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management across our indirect spend: software and SaaS, cloud and infrastructure, data, professional services, marketing, and facilities.
We've scaled past $100M+ in ARR with teams across Europe, North America, and APAC, and our vendor spend and contract volume have grown faster than the process around them. This is the first dedicated procurement hire in Stockholm, reporting to the Procurement Director. You'll decide how we run competitive processes, how we negotiate, how we measure savings, and how teams get purchases through Legal, Security, and Finance without losing a week to it.
It's a hands-on individual contributor role with unusual latitude, and we expect you to work AI-first: a sharp operator with the right tooling should do what used to take a team. Every dollar you take out of a contract goes back into product and customers.
What You'll Do
Lead strategic sourcing across our indirect spend categories — building the category view and deciding where we compete a purchase, consolidate, rightsize, or walk away.
Run competitive sourcing events end to end: RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with scorecards agreed up front, structured supplier evaluation, and award recommendations backed by a cost model.
Own negotiation strategy on new purchases and renewals — pricing, volume tiers, ramps, payment terms, duration — and redline commercial terms alongside Legal.
Own the renewal pipeline. Open every material renewal well ahead of expiry with usage data and market benchmarks in hand, and rightsize or consolidate instead of auto-renewing.
Partner with Finance and FP&A on spend forecasting, license models tied to headcount planning, and budget impact.
Partner with IT, Security, and Legal on vendor diligence and data protection review, keeping purchasing compliant with our policies and our customers' security requirements — on a timeline teams can plan around.
Manage supplier relationships and performance after signature, running reviews against agreed service levels and making the call to renew, renegotiate, or exit.
Analyze spend, demand, and benchmark data to surface savings through consolidation, contract restructuring, and rightsizing, and report realized savings and cost avoidance to leadership.
Use AI as leverage across benchmark research, contract and clause review, spend analysis, negotiation prep, and first-draft business cases — and build the checks that make the output trustworthy to the rest of the business.
What You Bring
Experience: 2+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or another analytically rigorous commercial role such as consulting, banking, or finance and business operations. Software and SaaS spend preferred.
Negotiation: A track record on real agreements you can walk through end to end: what you targeted, what you traded, and what it saved.
Commercial judgment: You can read an agreement and spot the terms that cost money later, including auto-renewals, uplift caps, true-up mechanics, and termination rights.
AI fluency: AI is your default first step, not a novelty you tried once. You can show what you've automated and how you verify the output before you rely on it.
Analytical rigor: Strong in Excel or Sheets, comfortable modeling spend scenarios and total cost of ownership, and able to build a business case you'd present to a CFO without hedging.
Stakeholder management: You influence without authority across Legal, Security, IT, Engineering, and Finance, and you give and take direct feedback without ego.
Process instinct: You'd rather design the scalable system than patch the same manual step every week.
Ownership and pace: You make the call when no policy covers it, then write the policy. You chase the answer instead of escalating the question.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with Zip
Experience on large, complex agreements: cloud and infrastructure commitments (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise SaaS agreements, or multi-year data and model provider deals.
Vendor security and privacy review fluency: SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DPAs, and a view on which parts actually matter.
