We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Product, Commerce to lead our product strategy and development efforts in the realm of e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and marketplace dynamics. They will drive the vision and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
What You’ll Own
Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our e-commerce platform, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on business priorities and customer needs.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product development aligns with overall business objectives.
User Experience: Champion a seamless and intuitive user experience, optimizing conversion rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize product performance and drive decision-making.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within the e-commerce industry, demonstrating a proven track record of strategic vision and product management.
Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Ability to roll-up your sleeves and execute, not just manage a team.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using metrics and data analytics to drive decision-making.
Bias for action; you believe that perfection is the enemy of good.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $ $195,000-$260,000 in the San Francisco Bay area. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

We are a global and diverse group offering a truly flexible and family friendly work environment. Kids, pets, and the occasional delivery person are all actively encouraged to appear on our Zoom screens. All of us at Linktree work either fully remote or a flex hybrid approach.
