We are seeking a driven and dynamic Strategy & Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee complex programs, and align strategic objectives with organizational goals. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, and enabling high-impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership:
- Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee multiple projects or larger programs, ensuring they meet business goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guarantee successful execution.
- Anticipate challenges, applying strategic thinking to develop preemptive solutions.
- Manage program budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking, to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, providing clear updates on risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing for each program phase to enhance transparency and continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Strategy & Operations (S&O) priorities and organizational goals.
- Influence senior leadership by advocating for resources and process changes based on team insights and analysis.
- Build strong influence across teams, empowering members to share perspectives and contribute to decision-making.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and feedback to promote open communication and continuous improvement.
- Model company values in leadership practices, cultivating an environment where these values guide decisions and actions.

- Operational Excellence:
