About The Role

Our Project Leads are responsible for driving success for our customers by guiding them through the technical onboarding and implementation of the me&u platform and products. As a Junior Project Lead, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding of some of the best hospitality venues in the country. You'll be focussed on getting new venues live quickly, without issues, and off to a strong start with me&u. 🚀

This role is perfect for someone keen to expand their experience in the hospitality tech space; has a love of problem-solving; and is passionate, driven, and able to function well in a high-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage and own the end-to-end onboarding process for our products/services, working closely with venues, cross-functional teams, and point of sale integrations
  • Project manage a pipeline of venues, providing an exceptional onboarding experience and support while ensuring that customers are engaged throughout the journey
  • Continuously drive exceptional customer experiences by exceeding expectations in follow up and delivery
  • Making sure venues understand how the product works and feel confident using it themselves
  • Spend time in our awesome venues when they ‘go-live’ on the platform and help them navigate their early lifetime with me&u
  • Problem solve and document new findings to share with fellow team members to learn from
  • Work with the rest of the team to support the onboarding of some of our larger customers, including multi-vendor, groups, and enterprise clients
  • Mentored by our Senior Project Lead to grow, build experience and gain knowledge in onboarding practices and processes, furthering your development in the role
  • You’ll play a key role in the team as we strive for success, collectively achieving annual targets and continuously seeking ways to improve our team and processes, to help us deliver a better experience for our venues

What You'll Need

  • A passion for tech & hospitality
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Organisation & time management. This is a busy & fast-paced team within the company.
  • A love for learning & development, ability to pick things up quickly and support others.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working at a POS company or using POS technology, e.g. at a hospitality or entertainment venue
  • Have previously worked with key accounts within hospitality or tech; project managing IT or tech installations for hospitality venues
  • Past start-up or scale-up experience
  • Strong grasp of software and technology (perhaps you have prior experience using tools such as CRMs, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slack etc…)
