We’re looking for an Insurance Operations Manager to join our founding UK team, where you’ll get to develop and drive a wide range of projects to scale and deliver the best experiences for our customers as we look to this next chapter of growth.

What You’ll Do

As our Insurance Operations Manager UK, you’ll report directly to our Chief Commercial and Insurance Officer UK, who’s based in London, joining our founding UK team. You get the best bits of being part of a smaller start up team in the UK, and a global scaling insurtech with a team over 150 people, proven capabilities and demonstrable growth.

You’ll use your skills and experience to develop, own and deliver a wide range of projectts in the insurance and operations space that will help us to scale our operations and provide great experiences for UK consumers. This will change and evolve over time as we grow, but at the moment this role would be focused on:

  • developing and delivering a number of projects to prepare our UK insurance operations for scale;
  • leading our UK Customer Success team, which provides online customer support and oversees our claims operations, to drive great customer experience; and
  • driving the operationalisation of our new insurance products that are being developed and launched in the UK this year.
