The opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to shape the employee journey at Pet Circle, ensuring our team members are empowered with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. As the Learning & Experience Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind impactful learning initiatives, a positive employee experience, and a smooth onboarding and offboarding process. You’ll be joining at an exciting time of change, with this role involved in projects to bring on new systems both company wide and in the Human Resource space.
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborating with stakeholders and our L&D Manager to design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business goals.
- Curating and maintaining engaging learning materials, gathering feedback, and continuously optimising according to different learning styles
- Administering Pet Circle's annual compliance learning framework, ensuring it's engaging and effective.
- Contributing to successful change management initiatives by developing training resources that equip employees to adapt and excel.
- Delivering a comprehensive onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
- Owning the tenure recognition program, ensuring anniversaries are acknowledged and appreciated.
- Facilitating a smooth and graceful offboarding process, leaving a positive final impression for departing team members.
- Administering our Learning Management System, Employee Experience Platform and HRIS.

- Quick to pick up new systems and skills with high digital literacy
- Creativity and ability to design engaging, impactful presentations
- Experience creating elearning through Articulate360 preferred
- Experience administering an LMS or HRIS preferred
- Tertiary education or work experience background in HR/L&D preferred

Role Location
Our Philippines team are highly autonomous and empowered to do their best work remotely - so you will be working from your home office. You should have a good home office set-up and a reliable internet connection.
