Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain

Dogs, cats, budgies and everything in between - pets deserve the world. They make us want to be better humans. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to build the most engaged and passionate community of pets and pet parents across the world. And we’re looking for talented team mates who can help us do it.

Founded in Sydney, our team of 500+ pet obsessives span Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. We’ve scaled to become one of Australia's top five eComm companies and the no.1 online pet store. But we’re just getting started. Like a whippet who’s spotted their mate across the dog park, our growth is only going to accelerate, as we continue to disrupt the way that pet parents shop.

Excitingly, the pet industry is booming (as in $15 billion kind of booming) and online pet retail is set to grow exponentially in the next five years. So this is a unique career opportunity to be part of our epic growth story.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Supply Chain and Operations Tribe, responsible for evolving the systems and processes that power our end-to-end order fulfilment, delivery and post-purchase customer experience.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our orders are delivered reliably, efficiently, and delightfully to our customers, helping deliver millions of orders to pets across Australia every year. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience. You’ll own key supply chain platforms and workflows - from order management through warehousing and transport - ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and optimised as the business grows.

You’ll work with two Supply Chain development squads, sharing delivery workload with an existing Business Analyst, and partnering closely with Operations leaders, Tech Leads and on-the-ground warehouse teams. This is a highly hands-on role, with regular time spent in our Eastern Creek warehouse to deeply understand operational realities and pain points.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Supply Chain systems (OMS, WMS, TMS), using data and operational metrics to balance customer impact, efficiency and scalability.

  • Lead delivery across two Supply Chain development squads, planning and executing work in close collaboration with Tech Leads and an existing Business Analyst through sprint planning and execution.

  • Partner closely with Operations teams to deeply understand fulfilment and logistics workflows, translating real-world constraints and opportunities into clear product initiatives.

  • Optimise the end-to-end post-order customer experience and internal operations, including order visibility, delivery performance, exceptions handling, picking, packing and transport coordination.

  • Own non-functional requirements across supply chain platforms, ensuring high standards for reliability, scalability, performance and quality as the business grows.

  • Manage stakeholders and communicate progress across Operations, Technology and Customer Experience, aligning priorities and driving shared ownership of outcomes.

The ideal toolbox

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related role (e.g. BA with strong product ownership).

  • Proven domain experience in e-commerce supply chain environments, ideally across one or more of:

    • Order Management Systems (OMS)

    • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Manhattan

    • Transport Management Systems (TMS) and last-mile logistics

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including picking, packing and fulfilment workflows.

  • Experience owning a product roadmap and balancing competing operational and technical priorities.

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile teams, including backlog management, sprint planning and delivery execution.

  • Highly data-driven, with a strong focus on metrics to guide prioritisation and measure success.

  • Ability to work effectively with operational stakeholders and translate complex, real-world problems into clear product solutions.

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.

  • Proficient in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and confident using modern product analytics platforms to drive data-informed decisions.

Role location

We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you). This is subject to change in line with business requirements.
