Key aspects of this role

Our customer-facing team provides us with a competitive advantage - the speed at which we enable our customers to succeed defines ProcurePro’s business trajectory

• Lead SaaS implementations > Bring your Project Management skills to the table to deliver successful Implementations and drive product adoption.
• Enable Customer Lifecycle > You’ll onboard customers, implement them, help them scale our software in their businesses, and answer their support questions.
• Build and nurture relationships > Become a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them to achieve better procurement and business goals.
• Leverage data > You’ll use data to help customers understand how they can optimise their procurement workflows and ensure the usage of our platform.
• Product knowledge > You’ll use your construction expertise to become a product expert within the business and to customers.
• Voice of the market > Analyse and interpret customer feedback to provide strategic recommendations to the Product Team, influencing the development and adjustments of our product roadmap
• Face of the business > You’ll be representing us at events (online & in-person) and customer meetings (travel required)
• Sales support > Collaborate with the Sales team by providing construction and product advice/recommendations.

You’re ideal for the role if you have…

• Construction experience (must-have) > you have prior domain knowledge of Construction and can act internally as a voice of the market (ideal roles you may have held: Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Project Manager/Coordinator, Commercial Manager, Construction Manager)
• Tech savvy > You love learning about and using technology and have experience using tech in your previous roles
• Product-oriented critical thinking > you can diagnose issues, anticipate problems before they arise and develop creative solutions within the context of our product
• Communication & relationship building > you can understand customer needs, communicate effectively and foster strong, long-term relationships
• Public speaking > you’re a confident public speaker and can act externally as a face of the business
• Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
• A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this
• Bonus - Tech start-up experience > Not required, but a huge bonus if you’ve previously worked in/with tech start-ups

Compensation

• £50-70k + Pension (salary based on experience)
• Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

• Shortlisted applicants will have a short call, so we can get to know you better [~ 20 mins]
• Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and the nature of the role [~ 1 hour]
• Complete a short assessment, followed by a 1 hour discussion call to review the results
• If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
