Key aspects of this role

This is an excellent entry level role for someone eager to get their foot in the door of a growing startup.

  • Executive in Training - You’ll work directly with our CEO and leaders of the business in a rapidly growing scale-up. This will be better than an MBA!
  • General - Admin tasks such as managing travel, calendars, event planning, meeting prep, ordering equipment and notes (we all do admin, even the CEO/Founders, we’re big believers in a do-er mindset)
  • Departmental - Assist various departments (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to help with their admin and organise systems & processes to work faster and smarter
  • Operations - You’ll gain experience across every business function, including international market expansion, finance etc.
  • People - Assist in hiring, enabling/training new employees & managing our cultural activities

Compensation

  • $50-70K (excluding super)

  • You’ll receive a short assessment to complete
  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
