Key aspects of this role

Our Customer Success team provides us with a competitive advantage - the speed and quality with which we onboard & enable our customers defines ProcurePro.

  • Lead SaaS implementations > From Kick-off to completion of Implementation. Determine customer requirements and objectives, and create Implementation plans accordingly. Ensure adherence to project management timelines.
  • Product Adoption > Use a combination of customer touchpoints and data to ensure product adoption and drive critical early adoption through Implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management > Keep customers accountable to Implementation Timelines. Ensure customers are consistently updated and supported throughout onboarding, conduct regular progress sync-ups and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with GTM > Manage configuration. Work with Sales and Customer Success Managers ensuring successful handovers, and Marketing to tell the stories of customer Implementations.

You’re ideal if you have…

  • Implementation/CS/Project Management Experience > 3+ years experience in a comparable Implementation, Customer Success or Project Management role.
  • Project management experience > Demonstrated ability to drive & coordinate multiple stakeholders/teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Enterprise experience > Proven track record building & maintaining relationships with enterprise customers & multiple stakeholders is critical
  • Exceptional communication skills > Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external)
  • Be analytical and detail oriented > attention to detail and the ability to analyse, interpret and action metrics is critical for this role
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this
  • Bonus: Background in construction > this isn’t necessary but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology

Compensation

  • $90-120k + Super (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • If successful, we will check references & make an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
