Key aspects of this role

This is an excellent entry-level role for someone eager to get their foot in the door of a growing startup.

  • Executive in Training - You’ll work directly with our CEO and leaders of the business in a rapidly growing scale-up. Better than an MBA!
  • General - Admin tasks such as managing travel, calendars, event planning, meeting prep, ordering equipment and notes (we all do admin, even the CEO/Founders, we’re big believers in a do-er mindset)
  • People - From hiring (CV reviews through to solo intro interviews), onboarding our team, enabling/training new starters, to managing our cultural activities - you’ll be across it all.
  • Departmental - Assist various departments (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to help with their admin and organise systems & processes to work faster and smarter
  • Operations - You’ll gain experience across every business function, including international market expansion, finance etc.

You’re ideal for the role if you have…

  • 1+ years experience in a fast-moving company - velocity, ownership, and autonomy sound like they’re describing your ideal work environment
  • Highly motivated - ambitious to learn, grow & develop as a professional (attitude over existing skill set)
  • Excited by organisation & improving efficiency - excited to take ownership of organisation & motivated to help us build out more scalable ways of working
  • Mission-driven - motivated by joining a small, close-knit team, getting in at ground level and growing with a rapidly scaling startup
  • A great communicator - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - solid at managing up
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency - you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • A growth mindset - we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this

Compensation

  • £25-40k + Pension (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • You’ll receive a short assessment to complete [~ 2 hours]
  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
