Key aspects of this role

  • Market & Competitor Research > Track and analyse key buyer behaviours, industry trends, and competitor paid ads (including SEO insights) to inform and enhance digital marketing campaigns.
  • Paid Media Execution > Launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns that generate leads for construction tech/procurement SaaS.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM > Build, execute, and refine HubSpot workflows, nurture sequences, and reporting dashboards.
  • Creative & Ad Strategy > Work with design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaign assets.
  • Analytics & Reporting > Track paid media and website performance, report on ROI, and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Experimentation & Growth > Test new channels, ad formats, landing pages, and messaging to optimise lead generation and conversion rates.

You’re ideal for the role if you…

  • Live and breathe performance marketing > you know Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and multi-channel campaigns inside out, optimising every stage from awareness to conversion.
  • Are an attribution and tracking wizard > you don’t just run campaigns; you connect the dots between marketing efforts and real business impact.
  • Have a sharp eye for creative > you can dream up high-performing ad concepts and work with designers to bring them to life.
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Vertical SaaS > we have a hyper-focused audience which means smaller audience numbers, longer buying journeys and multi-threaded approaches
  • Bonus: Background in construction > this isn’t necessary but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology

Compensation

  • £35-45k + Pension (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • You’ll receive a short assessment to complete [~ 2 hours]
  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager for the role. Recordings are then deleted once a hire has been made. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions on candidates to progress by watching an interview for themselves
