Key aspects of this role

This role is a part of our Customer Success team - providing us with a competitive advantage - the speed & quality of onboarding & enabling our customers defines ProcurePro.

  • Manage strict implementation timelines/projects for new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding to the ProcurePro platform
  • All levels of internal and external stakeholder management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our construction customers, acting as their trusted advisor for procurement transformation
  • Create and maintain project documentation including implementation plans, training materials, and best practice guides
  • Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to customise implementation plans to suit customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product
  • Stay current with construction industry trends, software and procurement best practices

You’re ideal for the role if you have…

  • Construction experience (essential) > you’ve worked in the construction industry first hand and have a drive for elevating the industry (typically suited roles, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Contract Administrator)
  • Project management experience > Demonstrated ability to drive & coordinate multiple stakeholders/teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Passion for technology > enthusiastic about leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation - and excited to bring people along on the journey. Bonus for SaaS experience.
  • Stakeholder Management skills > Strong track record in building and maintaining relationships across business levels.
  • An analytical and detail oriented mindset > attention to detail and the ability to analyse, interpret and action metrics is critical for this role
  • Exceptional communication skills > excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non technical users, understanding tailoring language based on stakeholders
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this

Compensation

  • $90-120k + Super (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
