We’re spinning up a brand new product (think fast moving, lower touch sales/PLG, not your typical enterprise SaaS beast), and we’re on the hunt for a Full Stack Engineer with serious founder energy to help bring it to life.
You’ll be building, experimenting, and iterating from day one, working closely with two of our co-founders, Tom and Tim (we like to keep the names simple, but the ideas bold). This is your chance to make your mark, all while backed by the resources of a scaling startup that’s already nailed product market fit in multiple countries.

Key aspects of this role
You’ll own the end-to-end engineering of our new product, with a strong focus on crafting beautiful, high-performance UIs and building out scalable backend services.
- Design and build frontend features using React, Tailwind, and Storybook to deliver clean, intuitive user experiences.
- Develop backend APIs and services in Node.js (NestJS), implementing CQRS, event-driven workflows, and domain-driven design.
- Work closely with founders to translate product ideas into technical solutions and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Set up and manage infrastructure in AWS, ensuring reliability and performance as we scale.
- Champion engineering excellence clean code, testing, continuous delivery, and rapid iteration.
- Bring founder-level ownership help shape not just the product but how we build it.
Tech Stack:
- Node.js backend running NestJS
- Event driven architecture w/ CQRS/DDD patterns
- Frontend in React + Tailwind.css + Storybook
- Deployed on AWS with ECS & Lambda
Ideal for this role if you have…
- Strong frontend expertise in React, Tailwind CSS, and Storybook.
- Experience working in AI coding environments (Cursor or Windsurf).
- Full stack proficiency with Node.js, ideally NestJS (or Express).
- Comfort with modern architecture patterns event-driven systems, CQRS, DDD.
- An entrepreneurial mindset high grit, high focus, and a bias for action.
- Personal responsibility & urgency you care deeply about delivering quality at speed.
- A passion for clean, maintainable code and thoughtful UX.
- A growth mindset you’re always learning and helping others level up.

Compensation
- $120-160k + Super (salary based on experience)
- Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely
