We’re spinning up a brand new product (think fast moving, lower touch sales/PLG, not your typical enterprise SaaS beast), and we’re on the hunt for someone with serious founder energy to help bring it to life.

You’ll be building, experimenting and growing from day one, working closely with two of our co-founders, Tom and Tim (we like to keep the names simple, but the ideas bold). This is your chance to wear all the hats and make your mark, all while backed by the resources of a scaling startup that’s already nailed product market fit with global reach.

Key aspects of this role

This role will be the creative genius behind growth, so you might figure out some unique viral loops or you may try out some guerilla marketing, you’ll also have a hand in figuring out every aspect of how this product hits the market and performs in the market.

  • Lead end-to-end growth strategy across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue via brand, performance, and new channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI.
  • Drive data-informed marketing performance across all channels (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TV, referrals), optimising CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and user journeys.
  • Run structured experiments and attribution analysis, leveraging frameworks like holdout testing to refine creative, media mix, and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities through customer insights, competitive research, market trends, and product/feature feedback to inform strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PLG, engineering, lifecycle, and partnerships to launch and optimise high-converting, educational user experiences.
  • Shape the go-to-market and business model, including pricing, competitive positioning, customer segmentation, and how the product enters and scales in the market.

You’re ideal for the role if you have…

  • A background in Growth / Marketing / Product in a PLG product or similar product.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset > high grit, high focus, results oriented, happy to keep iterating and figuring things out on the fly
  • Commercial acumen > to understand pricing models, competitors, market sizing etc
  • Strong copywriting skills > with an instinct for messaging that converts
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to dig into data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights
  • Creative and experiment-driven — loves testing, iterating, and optimizing quickly
  • Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
  • A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this

Compensation

  • $110-140k + Super (salary based on experience)
  • Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

  • You’ll receive a short assessment to complete [~ 2 hours]
  • Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
  • If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!

All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions, recordings are deleted once a hire has been made.
