Key aspects of this role
- Full cycle sales > Hold quota, generate pipeline (outbound), run product demonstrations, manage enterprise stakeholders through to sales close, handover to Customer Success
- Face of the Business > Actively promote ProcurePro, network with industry, attend and present at industry events
- Systems we use > Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Zoom (video calls), Lusha (B2B database), Gong (call recording/coaching)
- Collaboration with Departments > Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product and external Partners.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- Construction or QS Background > You have experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS), Contract Administrator, or in a similar construction role. You want to apply your knowledge in a sales role within a tech-driven environment.
- No Sales Experience? No Problem! > We’re looking for people with the right mindset—an eagerness to learn sales techniques while leveraging your industry expertise.
- Communication Skills > You're a great communicator—whether in meetings, emails, or presentations.
- Desire to Learn & Grow > You're motivated, hungry to learn, and want to make a tangible impact in the ConTech space.
- Results-Oriented > You’re driven to succeed and have a passion for achieving goals, whether it’s helping customers or hitting sales targets.
- Hands-On & Operationally Strong > You’re comfortable learning new systems and getting stuck into processes.
- Personal Responsibility & Sense of Urgency > You take ownership of your work and act quickly when challenges arise.

Compensation
- £45-60k base +commission + Pension (salary based on experience)
- Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

- Shortlisted applicants will have an introductory call [20 mins]
- Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role [~ 1 hour]
- You’ll receive a short assessment to complete [~ 2 hours]
- Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
- If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
All our interviews are recorded and shared internally with the CEO and hiring manager. We do this so that our team can make non-biased decisions, recordings are deleted once a hire has been made.
