Key aspects of this role
Mission Number 1 = Build a scalable revenue engine
- Customer Journey orchestration → ensuring GTM clarity and alignment, team enablement and seamless customer experience
- Process Optimisation & GTM Efficiency → Identify potential and friction points, engineer creative solutions and maintain scalable workflows/processes that directly accelerate revenue growth, conversion, and retention across the GTM funnel.
- Tech Stack → Connect CRM, marketing automation, sales, product, and customer success tools into a unified revenue engine, ensuring data flows seamlessly and reduces manual effort.
- AI-Driven Experiments → Implement and test AI solutions to continue to grow our revenue engine.
- Data Infrastructure & Insights → Develop data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that highlight and drive revenue performance, forecast growth, and inform strategic decisions.
- Scalability & Innovation → Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to future-proof the revenue engine and unlock new growth levers.
- Enabling Teams → Designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs for GTM teams.
- Create collateral → Building repeatable, value-based sales and customer success collateral, including playbooks, decks, and ROI tools.
- Cross-Functional Revenue Partnership → Acting as a bridge between GTM teams and Product to ensure continuous alignment and market relevance.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- 2+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Business Acumen → Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions (marketing, sales, CS) and how they interlock to drive ARR growth.
- Problem-Solving Mindset → You proactively identify inefficiencies and design elegant, scalable solutions with measurable revenue impact.
- Hands-On with GTM Tools → Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot or similar), automation, data warehousing, and AI tools.
- Collaboration & Influence → Ability to act as a bridge between commercial teams and engineering, driving alignment around revenue goals.
- Growth Mindset → Thrive in ambiguity, eager to experiment with AI and new tech, and biased toward action to capture growth opportunities fast.
- Revenue-Focused Data Skills → Ability to translate complex GTM and customer data into insights that drive pipeline efficiency and revenue outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency → Ideally have experience with APIs, data structures, and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript) for building connected systems.
- Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action

Compensation
- UK: £65-80k + Pension | Salary based on experience
- Computer equipment allowance to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely
