Key aspects of this role
Mission Number 1 = build a scalable marketing engine.
This role reports into the CEO.
- Operational Excellence → Establish scalable marketing operations that leverage automation, analytics, and CRM tools to deliver regionalised campaigns and optimise performance.
- Team Enablement & Empowerment → Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic Storytelling & Brand Positioning → Shape and champion a compelling brand narrative that communicates our purpose, product differentiation, and market leadership across all channels.
- Integrated Campaign Leadership → Lead the design and execution of global, multi-channel campaigns that fuel pipeline growth, support commercial objectives, and highlight product innovation.
- Customer & Global Market Alignment → Partner with Sales, CS and Product to ensure marketing efforts reflect customer needs, evolving market trends, and revenue priorities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making → Embed insights, analytics, and market intelligence into the heart of marketing strategy, enabling rapid iteration and measurable impact.
- Growth & Relationship Building → Drive initiatives that deepen customer engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and unlock sustainable, global revenue growth.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- 5+ years experience in a global senior marketing leadership role
- Strategic Vision → A track record of shaping and delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and global brand impact.
- Storytelling Expertise → Exceptional skills in translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives tailored for B2B or tech-driven markets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership → Proven success partnering with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to align messaging and accelerate revenue outcomes. Experience driving global teams is a bonus.
- Data Fluency → Strong command of marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms, with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- People Leadership → Demonstrated ability to grow and empower diverse, multidisciplinary teams across regions. Committed to inclusion, collaboration, and professional development.
- Innovation Mindset → Comfort with change, enthusiasm for AI-driven personalisation and emerging digital channels, and the ability to inspire transformation.
- Industry Experience → Experience in SaaS, data, or technology sectors preferred; exposure to B2C marketing and brand-building is highly valued.
- Bonus: Background in construction > this isn’t necessary but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology

Compensation
- Salary based on experience

- Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role [~ 1 hour]
- You’ll receive a short assessment to complete and/or we’ll ask for examples of previous work [~ 2 hours]
- Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
- Meeting with other GTM leaders [30mins]
- If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
