Key aspects of this role
- Lead Generation > Collaborate with Sales team daily to identify and establish high-quality leads for our Account Execs.
- Booking Meetings > Lock in meetings with high-value potential customers largely via cold outreach (phone, social media and email)
- Face of the Business > Actively promote ProcurePro, network with industry, attend and present at industry events
- Systems we use > Hubspot (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Nav (prospecting), Zoom (video calls), Clay (B2B database), Fathom (call recording/coaching) ****
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- Sales Experience > You will have proven success in prospecting, connecting with and booking meetings with potential clients in a B2B Saas environment
- Fearless > You will need to be relentless, resilient and tenacious.
- Exceptional communicator > Excellent verbal and written communication
- Enterprise experience > Comfortable speaking with enterprise customers & senior stakeholders
- Personal responsibility & sense of urgency > you’re results-obsessed & biased towards action
- A growth mindset > we’re always hungry to improve and want you to contribute to this
- Bonus:Background in construction > this isn’t essential but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology

- $70k-85k + commission + (salary based on experience)

- Successful applicants will have a longer call to get into the details of your experience and nature of the role [~ 1 hour]
- You’ll receive a short assessment to complete [~ 2 hours]
- Assessment presentation and discussion call [1+ hour]
- If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
