Key aspects of this role
- Pipeline creation for Account Executives > Work closely with the Sales team to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential prospects for our Account Executives.
- Book high-quality meetings > Secure meetings with senior decision-makers through structured outbound activity across phone, LinkedIn, email, and social channels.
- Operational excellence > Maintain accurate pipeline management, task tracking, and documentation using agreed sales systems and processes.
- Strong product and market understanding > Develop a solid understanding of our product to confidently link customer challenges to value, and handle early objections.
- Tools & systems > HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom, Lusha, Clay, Fathom, Notion.
You’re ideal for the role if you have…
- 1+ year SDR experience (essential) > Experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS or real estate sales, with exposure to outbound lead generation.
- Clear and professional communication skills > Confident verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Enterprise-level confidence > Comfortable speaking with enterprise customers and navigating professional, multi-stakeholder environments.
- A true hunter mindset > Relentless, resilient, and accountable — comfortable being measured tightly against KPIs and revenue outcomes.
- High ownership and urgency > Hands-on, detail-oriented, and biased towards action in a growth environment.
- A growth mindset > Continuously looking to improve, take initiative, and raise the bar.
- Bonus - Background in construction or ConTech > this isn’t essential but it’s a huge bonus if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction-technology

Compensation
- 12k - 17k AED base salary + OTE (Salary package based on experience)
- Computer equipment to ensure you have everything you need to be successful working remotely

- If successful, we will check references & make you an offer!
