About the role
You set the channel strategy and then execute it yourself. We are not looking for someone who hands briefs to an agency or waits for a campaign manager to run the ads. You are the strategist, the operator, and the experimenter, and you need to be excited about being all three.
You own how we reach and convert strategic global accounts end to end. You decide which channels to back, build and run the campaigns, test what works, cut what does not, and hold yourself accountable to the results, not the impressions.
You work closely with Revenue leadership week to week. That means talking in leads, pipeline, and CAC, not clicks and reach. If that kind of commercial accountability energises you, this role is built for you. If you would rather sit behind a dashboard and report on what happened, it is not.
Key aspects of this role
- Own paid acquisition and retargeting > Run paid strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and any channel that earns its place. Manage budget, bidding, and audience strategy, with CPL, CAC, and pipeline contribution known by channel.
- Drive account-based, pipeline-aligned growth > Work from our ICP: main contractors, general contractors, and large subcontractors in commercial construction. Build account-based campaigns that hit the right people at the right companies. Align weekly with Sales on priority accounts and pipeline targets.
- Run structured experiments > Build a backlog of growth tests across landing pages, ad creative, audience segments, and funnel steps. Set up the test, define success, measure it, act on the result. No experiments that run forever without a conclusion.
- Own attribution and reporting > Set up and maintain tracking so the numbers can be trusted. Report on pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-opportunity conversion. Know what's working and be able to explain it clearly to Revenue and leadership.
- AI-native in how you work > Use AI tools as part of your default workflow - for content production, audience research, creative testing, and campaign optimisation. We're not looking for someone who's experimenting with AI on the side; we want someone who's already building it into how they operate.
You're ideal for the role if you…
- 3+ years in B2B growth or performance marketing in high growth Saas > You’ve experienced high growth previously, thrive in that fast environment, and have proven measurable pipeline impact and channel ownership.
- Own budget with commercial accountability > You can justify every pound in the plan, you spend money well, and you kill what is not working.
- Have run ABM or targeted account campaigns > You know the difference between marketing to everyone and marketing to the right 200 companies.
- Results-focused and analytically self-sufficient > You’re always looking for the next lever to pull, you measure what matters (pipeline, CAC, ROAS), pull your own data, and make the call of what’s working or not without needing an analyst.
- AI-native daily > AI tools are in your default workflow, not on the side. You can show what you have built.
- Agile, low-ego communicator > You move fast, ship, learn & iterate regularly, work closely with Sales, and clearly explain your strategy and results in plain language (ie. no jargon)
- Construction tech or proptech background is a strong bonus.
