(We’ll tell you more about these as discussions progress)
Senior product designers at ProcurePro are experienced individual contributors who autonomously own design for their team.
- End-to-end design ownership: Lead major projects from discovery through to implementation, working closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, requirements, and scope, using modern tooling (including AI) to accelerate delivery.
- User research and analysis: Support product managers in discovery, run research using appropriate methods, and translate user feedback and behaviour into clear, actionable insights.
- High-quality design execution: Apply strong design fundamentals to deliver clear, usable solutions, and validate decisions through user testing where needed.
- Engineering collaboration: Partner closely with engineers to ensure solutions are feasible, well understood, and implemented to a high standard.
- Team and process contribution: Help raise the bar for design at ProcurePro, contributing to team practices and the evolution of our design system.
- Senior Designer in SaaS (essential) > Minimum 1–3 years as a Senior Product Designer with a track record of shipping multiple features or products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or complex problem spaces.
- Ownership and momentum > You take ideas from ambiguity through to shipped outcomes, drive progress autonomously, and know when to explore, test, and move things forward.
- AI-native fluency > You leverage AI tooling throughout your workflow, from research and exploration through to prototyping and delivery; the expectation is fluency, not occasional use.
- Experience designing for AI > You have experience designing AI-powered features, and understand how to handle ambiguity, system behaviour, and user trust in AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborative and biased to action > Effective cross-functional collaborator who uses feedback and shared decision-making to land outcomes. Results-obsessed and gets things moving.
- Bonus: construction background > Not essential, but a real edge if you have prior domain knowledge of construction or construction tech.

- Team First - we’re close knit, highly collaborative, actively help each other succeed (knowledge sharing, training) to develop our teams’ capabilities
- High Expectations - we’re self motivated, embrace velocity as our greatest advantage, take pride in what we do and push to reach our potential.
- Radical Transparency - we believe in flat structures & sharing knowledge, everyone is privy to what happens day-to-day and nothing is hidden (i.e. company strategy, finances & all).
- Extra Leave Days - A day off for your Birthday and an extra day off before Christmas
