About the Role

We’re looking for an Velocity Onboarding & Sales Specialist to join our Sales team at Qwilr. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of sales and customer support — you’ll be the first point of contact for smaller prospective customers, guiding them through their early interactions with Qwilr. You’ll run high-volume inbound conversations, show prospects how to get the most from the platform, and convert the smallest-tier deals. Your role is part educator, part salesperson, and part process-builder: making sure our inbound trial users and smaller accounts get an amazing first impression, and that we win them as customers.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in both SaaS support/customer success and sales, who thrives in a structured, repeatable process and enjoys helping customers succeed.

Note: this is a fully remote role for folks based on the West Coast of the United States of America. If you are not located in the PST/MT timezone, your application will be automatically rejected.

About You

  • You have 2+ years experience in SaaS sales, customer support, or customer success roles (ideally with some exposure to both).

  • You have a product knowledge mindset, you enjoy learning software deeply and teaching others how to use it.

  • You’re comfortable running a structured sales process for small, high-volume deals.

  • You thrive on structure and repeatability, following and refining playbooks that deliver consistent results.

  • You’re eager to learn, improve, and get feedback to grow your sales and support craft.

  • You love high quality in interactions. Whether in emails, calls, or demos, you bring polish, professionalism, and genuine helpfulness.

  • You are comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), chat/support platforms, and sales enablement tools.

Special Note: This role is ideal for someone who loves the blend of teaching, supporting, and selling, and is excited by the challenge of scaling high-volume inbound opportunities into successful, long-term customers.

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other folks in minority groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.

Your day-to-day

  • You will guide prospects, run onboarding calls, demos, and training sessions for smaller inbound leads.

  • You will drive conversion by owning the sales process for our smallest deal tiers, ensuring trial users become paying customers.

  • You will teach new users how to use Qwilr effectively, answering questions and highlighting best practices.

  • You will work closely with AEs to triage inbound leads, focusing on smaller opportunities while escalating larger ones.

  • You will be able to follow structured playbooks while also helping to improve how we onboard and convert small accounts.

  • You are going to be the product expert: stay up to date on product changes and help prospects unlock value quickly.
