Position Summary
We are hiring an Impact Lead to lead U.S. enterprise customers through successful implementation and transformation with Reejig. You will own the customer journey post-sale, from kickoff to adoption and ongoing expansion. You will drive execution using our structured playbooks and act as a trusted advisor to executives and delivery teams alike.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in customer success, implementation, professional services, project management, or HR transformation who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to lead major enterprise change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Execution
- Lead customer kickoff and implementation of the Reejig Work Operating System
- Guide customers through structured transformation playbooks and phased roadmaps
- Ensure rapid time-to-value with strong project planning, milestone tracking, and issue resolution
Strategic Enablement & Advisory
- Operate as a visible subject matter expert for the customer at both executive and user levels
- Deliver stakeholder briefings, hands-on training, and change management support
- Translate transformation goals into actionable plans using Reejig’s platform
Customer Outcomes & Expansion
- Track customer outcomes and drive progression across agreed milestones
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on value delivery
- Collaborate closely with Sales to expand footprint and deepen partnerships
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer across Reejig teams including Product, Sales, and Delivery
- Operate fluidly in a workforce model made up of full-time employees, flex teams, and AI-powered digital workers
What You'll Bring
Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in customer success, implementation, professional services, project management, or HR transformation
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise customer relationships and complex delivery projects
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and operational stakeholders
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple customers simultaneously
- Strong project management skills and comfort with structured delivery playbooks
Preferred:
- Experience in workforce or HR technology, transformation, or enterprise SaaS
- Background in driving organizational change or implementing systems across large-scale teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and digital enablement
