Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI powered enterprise.

We give companies a complete, validated view of their work by mapping every role, task, skill, and workflow. With this intelligence, we redesign how work should flow, surface where automation creates the highest leverage, and recommend the right AI agents for the enterprise. Every change is measured and tied to real operational and workforce impact.

Inside Reejig, we build the same future we sell. We are developing our own AI powered workforce that supports our teams and our customers.

This is a place for builders who want to help define how work will operate in the AI era.

The Role

We’re hiring an Early-Career Copilot Agent Builder and Power User. Someone strong in Microsoft Copilot Studio and pre-built Copilot agents, who can work directly in customer environments and ship agents that deliver clear, measurable, transferable value.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to grow deep, hands-on experience building production Copilot agents, not just demos.

This is not a spec-driven role. There will often be no clean requirements, no perfect data, and no single “right” answer. You’ll work out what matters, build fast, and converge on solutions that scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio into real customer enterprise environments … both Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) and other typical enterprise platforms (Workday, Jira, Oracle … the list goes on).
  • Work with customers or our Customer Success team to understand the unique context of each environment - the data sources, permissions, constraints, and workflows.
  • Configure agents to operate on the datasets customers actually have, not idealised ones.
  • Identify the underlying common problem across customer requests and generalise solutions into reusable agent patterns or templates.
  • Contribute these patterns to a growing agent library, with clear guidance so other Builders can connect their data and adopt them.
  • Focus on shipping value quickly — not perfection, not bespoke one-offs, but solutions that scale across customers.

What Success Looks Like

  • Copilot agents deployed to customer environments delivering measurable operational impact.
  • Reusable agents and templates added to a shared library and adopted by multiple customers.
  • Clear evidence that customer-specific builds are being generalised into scalable solutions.
  • Progress without waiting for full specs, perfect data, or detailed instructions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, connectors and integrations, with a desire to deepen builder skills beyond demos.
  • Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, identity, permissions).
  • Comfort operating in messy, real customer environments with incomplete information.
  • Ability to move from customer-specific context to generalised solution.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn fast in unfamiliar enterprise environments.
  • Bias to action: build, test, deploy, iterate.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You need detailed specifications before you start.
  • You prefer bespoke, one-off products that don’t need to scale or leverage the capability of AI platforms in a way that recognizes their current level of maturity/ability.
  • You want to focus on prompts, demos, or theoretical use cases rather than production agents.

Why Reejig

Reejig is at a real inflection point. The people who join now are not stepping into a role — they are helping build a company that will reshape how organisations operate in the AI era.

If you want to build first, then scale — and earn real leverage and equity along the way — this is the moment.
