What You Will Do
You will lead Reejig through a critical revenue transition: from founder-led selling to a repeatable, team-led revenue engine — without losing speed, quality, or integrity.
This role has two phases. You start as a hands-on player-coach, close to customers and deals, and earn the right to scale.
Phase 1: Player-Coach
- Lead and close complex enterprise deals alongside the team
- Set the standard for how high-quality enterprise sales are run
- Coach AEs in live opportunities and critical deal moments
- Gradually reduce founder dependency by defining when founder involvement adds value
- Codify how deals actually close (ICP, qualification, pricing, partner vs direct)
- Establish disciplined pipeline hygiene and trustworthy forecasting
Phase 2: Scale & Predictability
- Scale the sales team thoughtfully (quality over speed)
- Refine comp plans, territories, and incentives with the founder
- Introduce lightweight RevOps discipline where it creates leverage
- Improve forecast accuracy and revenue predictability
- Continue to stay close to revenue while increasing leverage through people and systems
This role stays close to revenue — it just becomes more leveraged.

Minimum Requirements
- Proven ability to lead and close complex enterprise deals ($750k–$1M+)
- Experience as a player-coach in an early-stage or category-creating company
- Comfort selling in emerging or undefined categories
- Strong judgement, high integrity, and direct communication
- Willingness to stay close to deals while building leverage
- AI fluency in how you sell, forecast, and operate
