AI Agent Builder & Deployment Specialist
Reejig
Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI powered enterprise.
We give companies a complete, validated view of their work by mapping every role, task, skill, and workflow. With this intelligence, we redesign how work should flow, surface where automation creates the highest leverage, and recommend the right AI agents for the enterprise. Every change is measured and tied to real operational and workforce impact.
Inside Reejig, we build the same future we sell. We are developing our own AI powered workforce that supports our teams and our customers.
This is a place for builders who want to help define how work will operate in the AI era.
The Role: AI Agent Builder & Deployment Specialist
You'll be our bridge between product and customers. You take our pre-built builder's toolkits, activate them into working agents, deploy them into customer environments, and support customers throughout. You're executing our recipes brilliantly, not building from scratch. You'll document every deployment and help us run events with our builder community.
What You'll Do
- Activate and configure our builder's toolkits into production-ready AI agents
- Deploy agents into customer environments and provide hands-on support
- Work with customers to troubleshoot, customise, and optimise deployments
- Document builds, configurations, and lessons learned
- Collaborate with product team to gather feedback and improve toolkits
- Host and support community builder events and hackathons
- Act as technical point of contact for customer deployments
What You'll Need
- Hands-on experience building automations or agents on Copilot Studio, OpenAI, or similar platforms (you've actually built things, not just read about them)
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical customers and make them feel confident
- Comfort working remotely and independently
- Ability to follow process and work within structured frameworks
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Basic understanding of workflow automation concepts
- Reliability and attention to detail in documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with low-code or no-code automation platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and broader Microsoft ecosystem
- Experience running workshops or leading community initiatives
- Technical writing or documentation experience
- Experience with customer support or implementation roles
What Makes You Right for This
You're pragmatic. You like building things and seeing them work. You can explain your work to someone who doesn't speak your technical language. You're comfortable following a process but flexible enough to adapt. You're genuinely interested in AI and automation, and you want to help customers actually use these tools effectively—not just implement them and disappear.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape how organisations implement AI agents
- Exposure to cutting-edge automation and AI platforms
- Collaborative product feedback loop—you influence what we build next
- Remote-first culture with flexible working
- Community of builders and continuous learning
- Early-stage company with growth opportunity
Why This Matters

The people who join now are not stepping into a role, they are stepping into a chance to build something with scale and long term impact.
