The Role

This is not a traditional designer role.

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity, design craft, and AI fluency to help build an AI-powered design engine for Reejig.

You’ll create enterprise-grade brand experiences across every customer and prospect touchpoint while leveraging tools such as Claude, Canva, Figma, and emerging AI creative technologies to increase the speed, scale, and quality of our output.

You’ll work within Reejig’s global Production Studio, partnering with marketing, customer, product, and leadership teams to create assets that establish Reejig as the leader in AI workforce transformation.

What You'll Do

Brand Design

  • Design high-quality brand assets across digital and physical channels.
  • Create visual concepts that bring ideas, campaigns, and stories to life.
  • Maintain and evolve Reejig’s global brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer and market-facing experiences.

Content & Marketing Assets

Design assets including:

  • Social media content
  • LinkedIn carousels
  • Sales presentations
  • Customer presentations
  • Learning and educational content
  • Digital advertising assets
  • Event collateral
  • Infographics
  • Whitepapers and reports
  • Thought leadership content
  • Webinar and virtual event materials

Website & Digital Experiences

  • Design website pages and digital experiences.
  • Create landing pages and campaign assets.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Develop scalable visual systems across web properties.

AI-Powered Design Systems

  • Build AI-enabled design workflows that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Leverage tools such as Claude, Canva, Figma, and emerging AI design platforms.
  • Create reusable templates, design systems, and production frameworks.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate and streamline asset creation.
  • Help build an AI-first production studio capable of supporting a global business.

Creative Concept Development

  • Translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, launches, events, content series, and community programs.
  • Experiment with new creative formats and technologies.
  • Bring fresh thinking and strong creative opinions to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

We’re open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.

Most successful applicants will likely have 3–7 years of experience in brand design, visual design, creative design, or digital design.

However, we would also consider an exceptional graduate or early-career designer who can demonstrate outstanding creative ability through their portfolio.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong visual design and typography skills.
  • Experience creating high-quality brand assets.
  • Ability to work across digital, web, content, presentation, and event design.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience with Canva and Figma.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and creative output is highly desirable.
