The role

This role makes sure Reejig is connected into the customer's ecosystem and proven to work inside it. You design and stand up the connections from their HCM and work systems through to their data lakes, so that Reejig sits as the live work layer underneath everything they run.

You do the same work with our partners. You build the technical understanding of how Reejig integrates with their systems, and you are the person communicating with technical teams on both sides, the customer's and the partner's, so that integrations are understood, agreed, and built without anything getting lost between them.

You also own the technical work behind winning the business, completing the technical requirements for RFPs and the pre-contracting stage, so that by the time a customer signs, the architecture is already clear and the path to deployment is already mapped.

What you will build

  • The technical narrative and architecture for enterprise engagements, with customers directly and with the partners who deploy alongside us
  • Deployment designs that connect Reejig into customer environments, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Microsoft, and enterprise data lakes
  • The bridge between what Sales promises and what Work Architecture delivers, so nothing gets lost between the signature and the go-live
  • Reusable patterns, reference architectures, and proof points that make every customer and partner engagement faster than the last
  • The technical credibility that lets a CHRO or CPO bring you into a room with their CIO and trust that you will hold your own

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery with customers and partners, and map their work, systems, and constraints
  • Run showcases, evidence sessions, and architecture reviews that move engagements from interest to commitment
  • Own the technical response for customers, completing RFPs, security and technical questionnaires, and evidence packages with accuracy and pace
  • Work alongside our technology and channel partners on joint deployments, enablement, and the deals they run with us
  • Scope and design deployments across the Reejig Loop, Map, Analyse, Build, Run, Measure, Log, Update
  • Partner with Sales across active enterprise engagements
  • Hand off cleanly to the Work Architecture team and stay close enough that customers feel one continuous experience
  • Feed the field back into Product, so what you learn with customers and partners shapes what we build

What you bring

  • Seven or more years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or forward deployed engineering, ideally in enterprise SaaS or data infrastructure
  • A track record of winning and deploying complex, six and seven figure enterprise deals
  • The ability to hold both the business case and the technical architecture, and move fluidly between a CHRO and a CIO in the same meeting
  • Strong grounding in enterprise data, integrations, and AI deployment patterns
  • Proven experience leading RFP and technical questionnaire responses, with the writing skill to make complex answers clear
  • Clear, structured communication, written and live, in front of senior leaders
  • Comfort in ambiguity, ownership without a playbook, and the instinct to build the playbook as you go

Nice to have

  • Experience with partner-led or co-sell deployment motions in enterprise software
  • Background in workforce, HRIS, or work design adjacent systems
  • Experience in a high growth enterprise software company scaling its go-to-market
