You'll embed with a small number of enterprise customers and drive them to measurable impact. That means being in the product with them, building the workflows, sitting in the validation sessions, catching the data problem before they do, and knowing enough about their business to tell them when they're solving the wrong thing. It's consulting judgment with your hands on the keys.

What you'll own

• Deep deployment into a portfolio of enterprise accounts — you know their org, their politics, and where the real decisions get made
• Hands-on configuration and workflow build inside the platform alongside customer teams
• Diagnostic work: finding where impact actually lives inside a 40,000-person company
• Project and program management across your portfolio. Plans, milestones, dependencies, sign-offs, status reporting, and the governance cadence that keeps multiple enterprise deployments on track simultaneously. Unglamorous, and it's what makes transformation land
• Enablement, so the customer runs it themselves rather than depending on you forever
• Renewal, which follows from the deployment working. Where you see room to grow the footprint, you surface it and Sales runs it
• The tightest feedback loop we have into product

What you'll bring

• 4+ years in enterprise SaaS implementation, professional services, solutions architecture, or deployment — or transformation consulting with a strong hands-on streak
• Proven project management chops across parallel enterprise deployments — you own the plan and the status report, not just the technical work
• Genuine fluency with AI tools. Building with them, not just discussing them
• Enterprise credibility: you can hold a room with a CHRO and a room with a data team on the same day
• High tolerance for ambiguity. The map is being drawn while you walk
• Bias to ship. A good readout on Thursday beats a perfect one next month

What good looks like at twelve months

Customers are running the system themselves. Executive sponsors treat you as a transformation partner rather than a software manager. And the product is measurably better because of problems you surfaced.
