Engagement Manager, AI Workforce Transformation
Software Engineering, Data Science
New York, NY, USA
You've spent years helping enterprises rethink how their work gets done — the operating model, the steerco, the roadmap. The best of that work is genuinely hard. What's usually missing is the last mile: staying long enough to see whether it took.
Reejig is where that last mile happens. We're the Work Operating System for the AI-powered enterprise. We map every role, task, skill and workflow in an organization, redesign how work should flow, and show where AI creates the highest leverage. Our customers are among the largest employers in the world. The intellectual problem is the one you already know. What's different is that the answer becomes a system the customer keeps using — and you're accountable for whether it worked.
What you'll own
- The end-to-end post-sale transformation journey for a portfolio of US enterprise customers
- Project and program management across a multi-account portfolio. This is a real and substantial part of the job, not an afterthought. Project plans, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, status reporting, steering committee cadence, and the governance that keeps three or four enterprise programs moving at once without dropping any of them
- Executive relationships with CHROs, COOs and transformation leaders — facilitating the workshops, running the governance, having the hard conversation when a program slips
- The impact story — translating what happened into cost, capacity and AI readiness terms that a sponsor can defend to their board
- Renewal for your accounts. Not a separate motion: if the transformation lands and the customer can point to it, that conversation is mostly a formality. Expansion is owned by Sales — you surface the opportunity, they close it
- A direct line into product. What you hit in the field this month shapes what we build next
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in management consulting — people and systems, org design, workforce strategy, or process and technology transformation
- Demonstrated project and program management capability — you've personally run the plan, not just presented from it. Comfortable managing several enterprise programs in parallel
- Enterprise fluency: you've navigated a matrixed Fortune 500 and can hold a room of skeptical senior leaders
- Real AI fluency. You use these tools daily and understand what they can and can't do to a job
- Comfort with ambiguity. We're at Series A inflection — priorities move, and process is something you'll help build rather than inherit
- Willingness to own a retention number alongside the delivery work
- Hands-on instinct. Small team, so you'll do the analysis as well as frame it
What good looks like at twelve months
Your customers have redesigned how work gets deployed using Reejig. Their executive sponsors treat you as a transformation partner, not a software manager. You can point to measurable improvements in skills visibility and work orchestration. And your accounts renew without drama.
The shape of it: fewer accounts, held longer. You'll see year two and year three, not just the design. Product leverage rather than headcount leverage. Embedded with customers rather than living out of a suitcase.
What it's like to work here
You'll do well here if you move fast with calm precision, use AI daily, take real ownership, escalate early, and care deeply about customers. If you prefer a slower pace, clearer guardrails, or more indirect communication, this probably isn't the right fit — and that's genuinely fine. We'd rather be straight with you now.
Why now
Reejig is at a point of real inflection. We're building the company that defines how organizations operate in the AI era. Joining at this stage means shaping the thing rather than inheriting it — with equity that reflects that.
