Strategic Customer Success Manager
Sales & Business Development, Customer Service
New York, NY, USA
Most strategic account roles stop at the relationship. Someone else owns whether the thing actually worked. Here, that's the whole job.
Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI-powered enterprise. We give companies a complete, validated view of their work — every role, task, skill and workflow — then redesign how that work should flow and show where AI creates the highest leverage. We're Series A, our customers are among the largest employers in the world, and the gap between "they bought it" and "it changed how they work" is where this role lives.
What you're measured on is impact. Did the customer actually change how work gets done, and can they prove it to their own board? Everything else follows from that. You'll also carry renewal for your accounts, but we treat that as a consequence rather than a workstream — if the transformation lands, the renewal conversation is mostly a formality. Expansion is owned by Sales; you surface the signal and hand it over warm.
What you'll own
- Driving a portfolio of enterprise accounts to measurable, defensible impact — the outcome is the deliverable
- The full arc: onboarding, diagnostic, work architecture build, validation, adoption, and the impact readout that goes to the board
- Project and program management, hands on your own keyboard. A significant share of this job is running the plan: workstreams, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, status reporting, and steering committee cadence across several enterprise programs at once. There is no delivery team behind you doing this part
- The executive relationship — primary partner to the sponsor and program team, including the hard conversation when a program is slipping
- Consultative guidance on using the platform to hit a business outcome, not a feature walkthrough
- Internal advocacy. You're the loudest voice for your customers in product and engineering
- Renewal for your accounts, earned through delivered impact rather than account management
What you'll bring
- 5+ years owning complex enterprise relationships where you were accountable for what the customer actually achieved, not just for keeping them happy
- Hands-on project management experience. You've built and held a real plan across multiple stakeholder groups — this is a screening criterion, not a preference
- Consulting instinct — you can walk into a messy org problem and structure it, whether you learned that at a firm or on the job
- Deep AI fluency and a point of view on what it does to work
- Startup readiness. Small team, fast changes, no playbook waiting for you
What good looks like at twelve months
Your customers have changed how work gets done and can point to the numbers. Executive sponsors see you as a transformation partner rather than a software manager. Renewals happen without drama, because the value is self-evident. And the rest of the company treats your read on a customer as the definitive one.
What it's like to work here
You'll do well here if you move fast with calm precision, use AI daily, take real ownership, escalate early, and care deeply about customers. If you prefer a slower pace, clearer guardrails, or more indirect communication, this probably isn't the right fit — and that's genuinely fine. We'd rather be straight with you now.
Why now
Reejig is at a point of real inflection. We're building the company that defines how organizations operate in the AI era. Joining at this stage means shaping the thing rather than inheriting it — with equity that reflects that.
