About the Role

Reejig is scaling a partner-led motion with major enterprise technology partners. We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to own this motion end to end: the single point of accountability for turning each strategic partnership into a repeatable, scalable co-marketing and cosell engine that partner sellers actually use and that generates pipeline for Reejig.

This is a builder role, and it's a relationship role. You'll stand up our first enterprise partner marketing function properly, then build the playbook that lets us plug in the next partner fast — but the real unlock is you. You build genuine relationships with partner sales and marketing teams, and you make Reejig the partner they want to work with, not just one they have to.

Your Mission

Make Reejig easy to cosell. Build the assets, enablement, and campaigns that turn a partnership on paper into pipeline — and build the relationships that make us our partners' favorite marketing team to work with.

What You Will Do

Partner Program Ownership

  • Own the marketing relationship for each named strategic enterprise partner
  • Be the internal point person coordinating with partner marketing and sales counterparts on the other side — and the person they know they can rely on
  • Build a repeatable onboarding playbook so each new partnership can be stood up quickly and consistently

Enablement & Assets

  • Build and maintain co-branded decks, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies for each partner
  • Produce cosell-ready assets tailored to how partner sellers actually pitch
  • Create a partner enablement hub where sellers can self-serve the latest assets, talk tracks, and proof points
  • Translate Reejig's positioning into language that lands with each partner's specific seller audience and buyer motion

Co-Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute joint campaigns with partners — webinars, joint content, comarketing emails, event co-sponsorship
  • Coordinate joint go-to-market moments (launches, events, executive briefings) with partner counterparts
  • Work with Sales to align campaigns to active partner pipeline

Ops & Reporting

  • Ensure all partner-sourced pipeline is captured correctly with clean, consistent naming conventions
  • Track and report on asset usage, partner-sourced/influenced pipeline, and program ROI per partner
  • Flag what's working (and what isn't) so we double down or cut fast

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years in partner marketing or channel marketing in B2B SaaS — ideally with experience inside or alongside a hyperscaler ecosystem or major enterprise platform partner (Microsoft, Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • A track record of building real relationships with partner sales and marketing teams — people who'd vouch for you as someone great to work with
  • Experience building cosell assets and enablement that partner sellers actually pick up and use — not just publish and hope
  • Comfortable being the primary point of contact with an external partner's marketing team, managing that relationship proactively
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or equivalent) for pipeline tracking and attribution
  • Sharp, clear writer — you can turn a technical integration story into something a partner seller can repeat in 30 seconds
  • A builder mentality: you're excited to create the first version of this function, not just execute an existing playbook

You'll Thrive Here If

You genuinely love building relationships — you're the person partner teams look forward to hearing from, not the one they tolerate. You like owning a named, high-stakes relationship and being the reason it turns into real pipeline, and you're energized by doing it again for the next partner, and the one after that, without needing it re-explained each time.
