Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI powered enterprise.

We give companies a complete, validated view of their work by mapping every role, task, skill, and workflow. With this intelligence, we redesign how work should flow, surface where automation creates the highest leverage, and recommend the right AI agents for the enterprise.

Every change is measured and tied to real operational and workforce impact.

Inside Reejig, we build the same future we sell. We are developing our own AI powered workforce that supports our teams and our customers.

This is a place for builders who want to help define how work will operate in the AI era.

The Role

Events are a critical part of how Reejig shows up in the world. We bring together some of the world's most influential leaders in AI, HR and workforce transformation - online and in person - to learn, challenge thinking, build relationships and shape what's next.

We're looking for an Events Coordinator who is obsessed with the details that turn a good event into an exceptional experience.

You'll help bring our global events strategy to life across executive dinners, customer gatherings, industry conferences, webinars, masterclasses and our flagship Pioneer Club experiences.

The strategy is clear and ambitious. Your job is to make it happen brilliantly - bringing pace, creativity, exceptional organisation and an incredibly high bar for every detail.

If you love fast-paced, high-end, high-impact events and get genuine satisfaction from making every detail come together, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will own

Online events

  • Webinars and live sessions. Pioneer conversations, panel webinars, masterclasses, and live customer conversations. You'll coordinate the calendar, speakers, technology, communications, run-of-show, and attendee experience end to end.
  • Repeatable formats. Help us turn our best sessions into repeatable programmes that get better every time. You'll build the processes, templates, and operating rhythms that allow us to execute consistently at a high standard.

Face-to-face experiences

  • Executive experiences. Help us create intimate, high-touch experiences that senior executives genuinely want to attend - from private dinners and roundtables and customer gatherings. You'll coordinate everything from invitations and registrations through to venues, catering, seating plans, gifting, run-of-show, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Flagship gatherings. Help bring our biggest moments to life, including customer summits and our signature Pioneer Club experiences. You'll coordinate the moving parts across venues, production, suppliers, speakers, attendees, internal teams, and partners to create experiences people remember.
  • Industry conferences. Where Reejig shows up, we show up distinctively. You'll coordinate everything around our presence - pre-event outreach, logistics, meeting schedules, executive roundtables and dinners around the main event, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.

Operating rhythm

  • Events calendar. Keep our global 12-month events calendar running like clockwork - ensuring every milestone, dependency, and deliverable is planned and nothing gets missed.
  • Budget and vendors. Manage event budgets closely and build an incredible network of venues, caterers, production partners, photographers, and other suppliers. You will get more ambitious than your budget should allow.
  • Cross-functional coordination. Work closely with Sales, ABM, Customer, Content, and our executive team to make sure the right people are in the room, everyone knows their role, and every event is set up to achieve its objective.
  • Measurement and follow-through. Make sure every event has a clear objective, attendee data is captured, follow-up happens quickly, and outcomes are tracked with Sales and ABM. Events don't finish when the room empties.

What good looks like at 90 days

  • You know our events calendar inside out and have the operating rhythm to keep every event on track.
  • You have delivered at least one exceptional executive experience end to end.
  • Our webinars and online events run like clockwork.
  • Every event has a clear objective, target audience, run sheet, and post-event follow-up motion.
  • You have built trusted relationships with the agencies, venues, and vendors we rely on across our priority markets, including NYC and Sydney.
  • Sales, customers, partners, and the Reejig team know they can trust you to make things happen.

Who you are

  • You have 1+ years of experience in events, field marketing, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced role. Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, or a high-growth startup is a bonus, but not essential.
  • You are almost obsessively organised. Lists, timelines, run sheets, and contingency plans are second nature to you. You can have multiple events, markets, suppliers, and deadlines moving at once and know exactly where everything stands.
  • You notice the details other people miss. The typo on the place card. The dietary requirement buried in an email. The speaker who hasn't sent their slides. The fact that the room layout doesn't quite work. You know the smallest details can change how an entire experience feels.
  • You make things happen. You don't wait to be told what needs doing. You see the gap, work out what needs to happen, and close it.
  • You're calm under pressure. Events inevitably throw curveballs. A supplier cancels, a speaker is late, the AV doesn't work. You're the person who finds the solution and keeps everything moving.
  • You have taste and a high bar. You know the difference between something that is technically "done" and an experience that feels considered, premium, and memorable.
  • You're commercially minded. You understand that the value of an enterprise event isn't how many people were in the room — it's who was there, the conversations it created, and the relationships it built.
  • You're comfortable with senior executives. You're confident, thoughtful, and understand how to create an experience that feels genuinely worth their time.
  • You think in systems. You don't want to reinvent the wheel every time. You build repeatable processes, learn from every event, and constantly look for ways to make the next one better.
  • You're a builder. The strategy is ambitious, but nothing here is finished. You'll bring ideas, spot opportunities, and help us continually raise the bar for how Reejig shows up in the world.

What you will not be doing

  • Running events for the sake of running events. Every experience should have a reason to exist and a clear outcome.
  • Managing a swag budget as your main contribution. We care about creating experiences people remember, not filling tables with branded merchandise.
  • Being an order taker. The strategy may be clear, but we'll expect you to bring ideas, spot opportunities, challenge how things have been done, and constantly find ways to make our experiences better.
  • Producing cookie-cutter SaaS events. Reejig is defining a new category, and the experiences we create should feel different too.

Why This Matters

Reejig is at a point of real inflection. We are building a company that will reshape how organisations operate in the AI era. The people who join now are not stepping into a role, they are stepping into a chance to build something with scale and long term impact. If you want work that changes your career and creates meaningful equity upside, this is the moment.
