About the role:
As the Executive Assistant, you will be challenged to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. You will keep the executive’s communications organized so that they can easily access the most important information. You will also assist with special projects as they come up.
What you'll do:
- Support the CEO’s ability to lead the company effectively by completing a wide variety of strategic and administrative tasks.
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar and other key productivity tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Assist in preparing for meetings and presentations.
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 2+ years of strong corporate experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting C/VP-level executives
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Above average proficiency in Google Workspace applications: Gmail, GDrive, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, etc., or equivalent tools/applications
- Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage urgent tasks against aggressive timelines
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
- Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A "let's get it done" mindset
- Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
