You will handle:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available infrastructure on AWS and in Kubernetes.
• Developing effective tooling to accelerate onboarding of new services and build and release management.
• Building and implement monitoring and logging services.
• Working with application engineering to cultivate operational standards.

Our client has an internal application written in Typescript which handles their ephemeral environment orchestration. The main objective is to increase reliability and stability of this system, redesigning or rewriting pieces to help achieve these goals.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps/Infra engineer with a development background, or a developer with a DevOps/Infra background.
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, AWS/GCP, Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of k8s API – any component that we decide to rewrite should be in Go
