We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with Testing skills, whose main responsibilities will be managing SLA/SLO for business services and continuous improvements in reliability and quality of those services with participation in testing phases of services. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing our applications and services while addressing and preventing issues before they impact our users.

Responsibilities

  • Manage environments built with React/Node.js, Python, and Golang, running on AWS Cloud infrastructure.

  • Design and maintain scalable, automated infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

  • Build and improve observability systems primarily using Datadog, ensuring reliability and visibility across services.

  • Develop and integrate automated testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines to improve service quality and stability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps, standards, and shift-left testing practices.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data protection laws, and audit requirements.

  • Provide technical support for complex issues and contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing.

  • Be responsive to Retail Network alerts, reduce noisy alerts and identify critical alerts.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, or a related infrastructure-focused role

  • Proficient in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go, and hands-on with automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.

  • Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.

  • Solid experience with Kubernetes and managing distributed systems.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing strategies across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Understanding of modern web applications, APIs, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills in an Agile environment.

Nice to have:

  • Automated testing experience will be a big advantage.
