The platform empowers organisations to create authentic, original content to support: video content, written blogs and articles, augmented job ads, recruiter enablement, employee advocacy, people intelligence. We are currently 35 Martecians, looking to get to just under 60 by December 2024
- Triple digit year on year revenue growth, with focus on enterprise sector including IBM, Dropbox, Siemens, Adobe, Vodafone, Sainsburys, EY, Marriott and many more
- A diverse and international company with offices in USA (New York, Chicago), UK (London), Australia (Sydney) and Vietnam.
Role
The Martec is seeking to expand our US sales team with additional Account Executives.
- Execute a value-based sales process encompassing multiple stakeholders and buyer groups
- Develop new business opportunities by analysing and proactively targeting high-value needs across multiple functions and business lines
- Proactively prospect in addition to leveraging inbound demand to create pipeline
- Effectively articulate The Martec's unique business, solution and functional value
- Build executive awareness, sales pipeline in accounts
- Define account strategies that enable sales velocity, partnering with SDRs, PS, CS and others across customer experience team
- Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical indicators that predict sales success
- Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform
- Travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications - We encourage you to apply if you don't adhere to all requirements
- 4+ years selling SaaS solutions
- Strengths in new business prospecting
- Successful track record selling SaaS to the VP and C-suite level
- Have demonstrated aptitude in cultivating relationships with senior executives, spanning both line-of-business and IT domains
- Expertise with a track record of success in building pipeline and managing proof of concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- You have established proficiency in effectively overseeing a substantial and diverse sales opportunity pipeline as part of a collaborative team
- Exceptional proficiency in communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and delivering impactful presentations
- You are able to distinguish between productive activity and tangible results; demonstrate a strong and diligent work ethic
- Capable of working autonomously while fostering effective collaboration within the team
