The Role

As VP of Sales, you'll shape our global growth trajectory and build high-performing teams during this pivotal expansion phase. You'll balance hands-on deal leadership with developing your team's capabilities.

• Actively drive strategic deals while building team independence
• Design and optimise our sales playbook for scale

• Apply killer sales instincts to identify and seize opportunities
• Drive high-tempo, high-velocity sales processes across the organisation

Your Profile

• Proven success in high-velocity sales environments
• Dynamic leadership style with natural energy and initiative
• Deep understanding of HR technology, particularly talent marketing
• Outstanding people development and team building capabilities
• Experience scaling sales teams in Series A/B startups
• High level of agency and self-direction in driving business outcomes
