Sales Development Representative
We're looking for an eager and career-driven SDR to join the business and promote awareness of The Martec and the new business pipeline in target accounts in North America. As the company continues to grow rapidly, the person in this role will be the first point of contact between our business and potential new clients in our target accounts. They will focus on building relationships and identifying opportunities to work with teams within organizations across North America and APAC.
The Opportunity

- You will get the experience to work closely with our AE's and learn our sales methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and set meetings for new business discussions for large companies to use our products
- Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Community, and Customer Success to evaluate how to accelerate conversions
- Building awareness and driving demand for The Martec’s solutions within a large volume of target accounts via digital and in-person channels
- Serving as an evangelist for our content marketing offerings while communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of our AI-enabled features
- Uncovering new and diverse use cases to enable our users to work smarter, not harder and achieve better strategic outcomes for their businesses
Your Background
- 1+ years of B2B SaaS business development experience
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets in complex sales environments
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing teams (preferred)
