About The Martec

The Martec is an AI-powered content marketing platform that enables some of the world’s largest companies like Dropbox, Workday, IBM and GoTo to collaborate, amplify and scale their employer branding initiatives through the power of their own employees. This role

We're looking for a passionate full stack engineer with a frontend focus to join our growing product and engineering team that is building AI powered experiences (AI agents, AI video editing). You’ll work closely with engineers and designers to build high-quality, elegant interfaces using React, TypeScript and our internal design system.

This is ideal for someone who loves frontend craft, is obsessed with quality, and open to pairing with others to ship great experiences.

About you

• 6+ years building web applications with a strong focus on frontend
• A product engineer with an eye for design and empathy for the end user. You care about your pixels and obsess over accessibility and performance
• Considerable experience with React, TypeScript, and design systems
• Comfortable writing backend APIs in NodeJS or similar, but frontend is your sweet spot
• You write maintainable, well-tested code and value thoughtful documentation
• You’re energised by collaborating with others, through pairing and feedback
• You’re not afraid to refactor, simplify and remove unnecessary complexity
