CONTEXT
As we continue to grow and enhance our platform, we need a talented Interaction Designer who understands UX and Ul design principles to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that drive user adoption and engagement. This role is crucial as we scale up and ensure our platform remains the most user-friendly whistleblowing case management solution in the market.
ROLE
We are seeking an Interaction Designer to join our international team, and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams. You will also collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our designs meet both user needs and business objectives. The new Designer can work full- or part-time.

ROLE
We are seeking an Interaction Designer to join our international team, and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams. You will also collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to ensure our designs meet both user needs and business objectives. The new Designer can work full- or part-time.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years interaction/UX/product design experience on consumer-facing products, mobile and desktop.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Professional language proficiency in English and French.
- Figma proficiency.
Preferred requirements:
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with technical constraints and limitations in designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).
- Excellent skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. End-to-end design
- Participate in the full design process from concept to implementation.
- Build wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups and prototypes.
- Participate in technical review meetings.
- Iterate quickly on user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design system.
2. User Research & Discovery
- Participate in discovery calls and user interviews.
- Generate and use data to understand and even predict the emotions and behavior of users.
- Translate research insights into practical design solutions, championing user-centricity at every stage.
- Apply behavioral psychology principles to improve user experiences.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and Product Designer to understand requirements.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to achieve technical feasibility.
- Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, such as Customer Success and Sales reps.
- Contribute to design documentation and guidelines.
