About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented Legal & Corporate Operations

Associate to support the Head of Legal across legal, corporate governance, commercial and

operational matters.

This role sits at the intersection of legal, operations and business execution. The successful

candidate will be responsible for coordinating legal processes, managing corporate governance

matters, supporting commercial transactions, driving operational workflows and ensuring projects

are delivered efficiently across multiple stakeholders.

Legal & Commercial

• Prepare, review, format and manage agreements, policies, board resolutions and

corporate documentation.

• Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract lifecycle management processes.

• Maintain legal precedents, document repositories and contract registers.

• Conduct legal and regulatory research.

• Liaise with external counsel, corporate secretaries and service providers.

• Assist with due diligence exercises and transaction management.

Corporate Governance

• Coordinate company incorporations, restructurings and corporate secretarial matters.

• Prepare board and shareholder resolutions.

• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.

• Track governance and compliance obligations across jurisdictions.

Operations & Strategic Projects

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving legal, product, engineering, compliance

and finance.

• Track project timelines, deliverables and action items.

• Develop and maintain internal processes, trackers and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate product launches, strategic partnerships and commercial initiatives.

• Support vendor onboarding, procurement documentation and operational workflows.

• Prepare reports, presentations and internal updates for management.

Administrative & Team Support

• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars where required.

• Arrange travel and logistics.

• Maintain filing systems and organisational documentation.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Provide general administrative support to the legal and operations function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance,

Operations or a related discipline.

• At least 3-5 years' experience in legal operations, corporate administration, company

secretarial, contract administration, project coordination or a similar role.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage

multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy, particularly when handling

legal and corporate documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines and exercise sound

judgment in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across

internal teams and external service providers.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and document management tools.

• Experience maintaining corporate records, contract registers or legal document

repositories.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and

professionalism.

• Comfortable working with emerging technologies and innovative business models, with

the ability to understand and navigate legal, regulatory, operational and commercial

issues affecting the Company's products and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting an in-house legal team, law firm, fintech, financial services or

technology company.

• Familiarity with company secretarial and corporate governance processes across

multiple jurisdictions.

• Experience coordinating commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management.

• Experience working with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Linear

or similar).

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance matters is an advantage.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and

continuously improve internal processes.
