The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will assist in completing month-end and year-end tasks.

Tasks Include:

  • Financial reporting, managing the General Ledger ensuring the accuracy of the numbers for both internal and external reporting including local market compliance
  • GL Integrity, ensure monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and timely resolution of variances
  • Managing a team of remote accountants in the Philippines who support day-to-day accounts
  • Drive process and efficiency improvements to reduce the month-end timeline
  • Working with the wider finance team, work with other team leads in ensuring an efficient finance team including documenting process improvement
  • Internal reporting requirements, managing relationships with internal stakeholders including the delivery of timely and accurate internal reports
  • Monthly Management Accounts, assist with the timely and accurate reporting to the Financial Controller of consolidated monthly results with commentary/analyses of balance sheet movements and income statement variances against budget/forecast
  • Tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Complete financial consolidations and intercompany reconciliations with the team
  • Assist in Group and local audit preparation
