Job Description
Support the design and embedding of creative and contemporary people initiatives to support GROW to evolve as an irresistible organisation (preferred employer)
As part of the People & Culture team, implement the People Strategy and plan enabling efficient ways of working and strong commercial outcomes in consultation with the team
Role model best in class business partnering for our people and leaders across all people initiatives such as leadership development, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, remuneration and incentive planning, our people’s experience, social initiatives, workforce planning, Graduate Program, reward and recognition, wellbeing, learning & development as well as employer branding initiatives
Understand and develop value added people metrics with insights and trends
Develop and embed people policies that ensure our legal compliance and obligations are met
Manage the people administration related activities across GROW such as onboarding, offboarding, probation, employee lifecycle management.
Manage and own a number of HR Systems systems such as Employment Hero, and Culture Amp
Support and provide strategic Learning and Organisational Development Support and assistance for GROW wide initiatives
Facilitate exit and second month interviews and analysis as required
Facilitate the regular Pulse Survey activities across GROW
Act as a sounding board and first point of contact for GROW team members
Proactively own development as a leader and specialist including the development of future leaders within the function
Role model a commitment to continually evolving our risk culture as a differentiator for our people and clients
Contribute as required to the recruitment process of roles including advertising, sourcing, selection and offer
