We’re solving this by disrupting the wealth management industry with DLTA, our platform built on Distributed Ledger Technology. We’re making super and investments more timely and making the information more accessible whilst enabling wealth management companies to offer more cost effective solutions: all with the goal of improving the financial wellbeing of all Australians.

Lead the engineers building GROW's core superannuation experiences – the products that matter most to members and their financial futures. You'll balance people leadership with technical oversight, driving delivery quality and engineering culture in equal measure.
What you'll do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team across core experiences and superannuation
Partner with Product, Design, and Delivery to define scope, priorities, and roadmaps
Own technical oversight – architecture decisions, code quality, design reviews, and postmortems
Drive Agile practices, continuous delivery, and ongoing process improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally across product, QA, and delivery stakeholders
What you'll bring:
5+ years in software engineering, 2+ in a leadership role
Hands-on background in Vue, Java, and AWS (or similar)
Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams – setting goals, running 1:1s, and building growth plans
Sharp communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a scale-up or fast-paced tech environment
Bonus: Background in fintech, superannuation, or regulated industries.
