We are looking for smart, committed and highly motivated uni students to join our awesome School Success Team in a casual role (3-5 days a week).

Type of work you’ll be doing

You will be working closely with our School Success Leader to build and deepen our relationships with schools.

• Communicating with customers (teachers and school leaders) to build relationships and share the benefits of Inquisitive with them
• Maintaining our customer database
• Analysing data to inform customer success efforts
• Supporting event organisation and scheduling, for example regular customer professional development sessions and education conferences

What you will bring to the team

• Confident phone manner, excellent written skill & the ability to quickly build trust with school leaders and administrators
• Willingness to deeply understand Inquisitive’s mission and product offering and represent it in a compelling way with teachers and school leaders
• Initiative and creative problem solving skills
• The ability to stay organised and meet deadlines
• Excel and data analysis skills (e.g. using pivot tables, creating reports)
• Attention to detail and a drive for quality
• Commitment to the work - this is not your average “casual” job - you’ll be a fully fledged part of our team with real responsibilities
