If you worked at Inquisitive over the past couple of months, here are some projects you might have worked on:
- Preparing for one of our most exciting product releases: You’d play a key role in preparing our most-requested feature, allowing students to respond online, for launch to over 1 million students across Australia and the US. This project involves collaborating with the product team on discovery, UX research, and delivery, and with the operations team on the initial release and developing plans to commercialise the feature.
- Transforming Onboarding and Free Trials for Seamless Growth: Collaborate with product and operations teams to streamline the join and free trial process, achieving a 64% reduction in steps and boosting conversion by 206%.
- Pricing Strategy Evolution: Coordinate with the Leadership, Operations and Product teams to plan, communicate and execute a price rise for all segments of existing users. This involved collaboration, detailed data management and a comprehensive understanding of the existing accounts system.
- Enhance User Experience for Teachers: Continuously be on the look out for ways to save teachers time and enhance their experience. Recent work included collaborating with UX, customer support, and teachers to improve access to recently viewed content, lesson materials, and integrating Google SSO, among other enhancements.
